Walther Law, LLC, is a highly experienced law firm specializing in real estate closings, both residential and commercial. The current staff of three attorneys and three support personnel collectively has over 125 years experience in real estate closing law practices.

The firm’s principal, P. Kevin Walther, has been practicing in Metro Atlanta area since 1979. For the first dozen years of his practice, Kevin handled a very broad range of legal subject matters including business-related civil litigation, corporate/business entity formation and operation securities, tax, bankruptcy, wills, trusts, estates, and even divorce. This diversified exposure to various legal disciplines has allowed Kevin to be a superior provider of real estate law services as his broad perspective and knowledge in these other legal fields allows him to highlight issues early and provides solutions quickly in any closing situation.

Kevin’s associate attorney, Jim Partin, as well as the entire support staff, previously worked with Kevin at the Blackburn Walther firm for anywhere from 7 to 16 years. This contributes greatly to the success of the team approach that Walther Law takes to handling every aspect of every file.
